I'm able to go to safe mode de but once it restart it still freeze there

whats the last thing u doing? and beside that im thinking might br ur hdd/sdd got issues.

Since can go into safe mode, do a check disk before you restart the computer.

You stick any thumbdrive bo??? If got then remove.

Remove all drives except for the one that has OS in it. If it boots up, slowly add more drives one by one. I think there's a dead drive.
