[HELP] Asrock H87 Bios Update

hey guys, I'm using Asrock H87 Pro4. I tried to update my mobo bios through the Asrock App Shop program but I think the bios update failed - the update restarted my computer but it got stuck on the Asrock splash screen for a a couple of hours. I'm unable to press any F2, Del keys too.

Anyone knows how to solve this issue? Will resetting the CMOS help?

Has your issue been resolved?

Maybe can try CLR CMOS and remove battery.
