it is rather hard to even identify the problem with the amount of information u gives us. Maybe, consider what u did previously.. or it is really just so sudden that u cannot switch it on anymore

maybe let us know whether do you face any issues before this happened...
can be a few days back or few weeks ago...

usually it can be a chain of mini events...

Bring your set down to ASUS Service Centre to diagnose.

I had a history whereby my Asus laptop has No Warranty and just couldn't starts. They simply RESET the button inside the motherboard, and it works immediately! My model may not be the same model as your, but if it is just a "reset problem", they will not even charge you!

At least, they will tell you where have gone wrong! After that, then you decide whether to repair there or go outside at Sim Lim Square to look for something cheap!

Goto Asus Service Centre is good advice.
Goto SLS to get something cheap is bad advice. You are better off buying from courts/HN/NTUC xTra/ online, when there is an IT show ongoing. Clean straight deal. No 6 cell batt become 4 cell batt. No GST trick. No refurbished RAM.
