[Help] BSOD

this morning when i on my com at first the screen didnt have any display after i reset cmos the screen showed but there was blue screen when loading windows 7.

Changed CMOS battery
Tried to restore but failed.
Tried to load to safe mode, blue screen
Unable to reformat due to ODD failure to keep spinning the disk

What might be the possible problems?

how do I do that? I can't even load windows. so if it requires me to enter windows I cant

check if your on AHCI and try going for IDE

Could this be HDD failure?

when boot up the error that occurred is 0x0000007B

7B is most often wrong hard disk mode - check AHCI/IDE or RAID setting in the BIOS.

after i reset cmos

And the mode changed due to this.
