[Help] Budget Gaming Rig

Hello all, my laptop just uplorried and i have decided to invest in a desktop
I dont need OS, Hdd, monitor, computer peripherals
Games would be dota2, gta 5, csgo, l4d2.
Hoping to run them @ 50-60fps.
Budget 800-900. Resolution at 720p would be fine

bro, no man. 1080p atleast. My heart aches when people still settle for 720p. you can get a decent set up with that budget for a 1080p monitor.

I didn't want to get 1080p is because I still have a working monitor and it doesn't support 1080p. I don't mind getting a rig that supports 1080p if my budget allows tho so I can upgrade my monitor if it uplorry
