[Help] building a budget web browsing pc.

Hi guys, I'm currently looking to build a budget web surfing desktop for my girlfriend but I'm not really sure what parts to be getting. I hope the seniors here would help me out, main usage would be web browsing, and streaming of videos.

Is it comparable value for money wise to custom cpu? I remember years back there wasn't much cheaper option as pre-built pc sucks like ****.

Die die must use ssd for primary drive. 120gb just for os and office. then get 1tb for storage plus external drive (2tb and above) for photos etc. Should be good enuf. Core 2 duo also ok. Doesnt make a difference to them. I am living with drama addict as well.

Get a NUC

8gb Ram
SSD 120 - 256gb whatever you want
1TB HDD

THe most important thing
It must be able to surf Qoo PROPERLY without LAG
It must run smoothly without issues
And preferably play light games easily ( in case she suddenly want to lay Sims )

Stick all of it behind a monitor.

C2D E8400 for the 3 kids, 4gb ram, WD Velociraptor 150GB 10kRPM HDD, MSI Radeon HD7870 2GB OC, for all their schoolwork and surfing internet with IE, Chrome, Firefox no problem...

Up to individual whether want to get seperately to maximize savings. Those ppl who rather pay than touch hardware will prefer non-barebones NUC for sure.

The FPS for The Sims 4 is after the user installed a GTX1050 Ti in his system. For the integrated graphics, the user did not provide the FPS for The Sims 4.
