Get a Ryzen 1st Gen without intergrated graphics(if you don't mind, carousell has some good CPU deals) but if you're scared then get a new 2200g, and run discrete graphics. A R3 2200G is still good at running intergrated graphics, get a RX 570/580 either Carousell(careful of mining cards if you do) or Lazada(quite safe, from my experience, if you get "scammed" they'll refund). IMO, AMD is good for budget GPUs. For motherboard and RAM, go Newegg, trust me when I say their motherboard and ram is prices are good and competetive, if you can try finding a cheap 2x8GB and get at the very least 2666 MHz, if got more budget than 3000Mhz(Ryzen is better at faster Ram speeds). For motherboard, it's really anything you want, but get a B350 if you go for first gen Ryzen and not planning to upgrade within 1-2 years and a B450 if you plan to upgrade this year/next year. Don't get A320(no over clocking) or X370/X470( It's too expensive for the features that you probably won't even use). For the PSU, 500W is more than enough for your current and for future upgradability unless you go something super high end next time, but if the difference is not a lot go for a 550/600W, anything other than that is overkill. If possible get a SSD, even if 120GB, or 240GB it's good to use as a boot drive and store some games. For Windows liscence just go Lazada find those cheap cheap one. Usually very reliable(for around $10 can get pro liscence) Been using one for 3 different builds now and none of them ever failed.
