[HELP] can get this specs under $100 SGD?

Hey guys, just checking if there is such a phone specs i can get under $100 SGD?

Specs as followed:

1) Quadcore (best known SoC like Qualcomm or Samsung TEXAS Instrument ore Mediatek, although only knows that Qualcomm is better.)
2) 2GB ram and 16GB storage with expandable SD card (32GB and above if can)
3) good GPS (A-GPS is fine but hope to have GLOASS)
4) decent battery life (so long can last a day is fine)
5) if can 5" or above, else im fine with below (but not till 4")

so the price range can be max 130 or so, and hope that with any discount i can further reduced to $100 SGD.

Redmi 4A? W/out warranty and by third party resellers though. Around $130. (Can't get $100 phone with such specs brand new.)

1) Quad-core Snapdragon 425 by Qualcomm
2) 2GB RAM / 16GB + microSD both met
3) GPS, A-GPS, GLONASS, BEIDOU Nav
4) Should be OK, 3120mAh cell leh. Read reviews to be safe.
5) 5" 720p display.
