Help cannot turn on pc

Help I cannot seem to turn on my computer. When I power up, only the gpu lights are blinking. When I press the power button nothing happens. Please help.

Based on the rig in the right side, your rig is kinda old.

Things you can try:
1. jump start your PSU, make sure all power cables disconnect from PC
2. if jump start failed, PSU gone up lorry
3. if jump start kick PSU to life, likely your motherboard or other short-circuited.

Jump start means directly connect psu to powersupply only?
