Not sure if Don Quijote stores got sell backpacks or not, but you can probably try if you come across 1.

Tokyu Hands will have much higher chance of selling backpacks, but pricewise not that cheap.

Both brands' stores would most probably be open from tomorrow onwards, based on what I read from their website:
Don Quijote: Store Index?Don Quijote
Tokyu Hands:???? - ?????

Ameyoko, well, can't find much info online, so can't really say whether the shops there will be opened tomorrow or not though.

U can try some of the discount sports shops in Ameyoko. There is one with 4 floors of sporting goods, I forgot the name tho. The bags are on the ground floor. Being a sports shop, so they only sell sports bags but it gets the job done. I bought a 60L adidas bag(not backpack type. Carry by hand but it comes with shoulder strap) for about 3000yen (it was on offer) to store the toys that I bought, lol. Not sure whether it is considered cheap or not.

There are also luggage shops littered all over Ameyoko. There's one which sells those cheap extendable luggage bags on rollers wheels. Can really store a lot of stuff, but difficult to handle and makes helluva lot of noise on the pavement. Also cost about 3000yen. They do sell a mini bag trolley to make the handling easier, like those that the printer shops provide in our local IT shows, but it costs another 1000++yen?

Don Quijote surely will sell bags. Hard to imagine they dun sell them, haha. They sell practically everything.
