My computer has been acting up. It keeps freezing and the indicator lights on the cpu just stay lighted up instead of the normal flashing lights. Is there a problem with my hardware? How do i go about testing the diff parts? Ran a s.m.a.r.t quick scan on the hdd and it passed. Checked the bios and ram is what it should be. So what might be the problem ?

can your pc boot up noramlly into the window screen?

if yes try to format it. sometime this happen if your system file or your driver file is corrupted.

if after reformated, the same thing still happen then it may be hardware failure.

download hwinfo or speedfan to test your cpu tempature. sometime pc freeze is because of your cpu is overheated.
