I just purchased a new PC. Firstly, the only symptom it had was that it is unable to connect to the Ethernet. The next day, I tried to turn on the PC but it failed several times(No fans, no beeps, but GPU is lit up). I checked the ports and tried various different power points and they're working. PSU is on. The third day, it doesn't turn on at all for the whole day. Again, I tried various times and made sure all the powers are connected and turned on. I also do not think that it's bcos my PSU is too low on wattage as I have 650 Watts of power for only 1 GTX 970. Please do help me troubleshoot the error.

SPECS:
psu: seasonic 650W x series
GPU: GTX 970

Note: My PC has never shut down halfway.

Hmm... for some of the mobo you have to install the ethernet driver from the disc or website before you can connect to the internet ( in my case, my b85-g43 gaming have to install first) as for your current problem, is your PSU fan spinning? can try do the PSU paper clip test.

I've already installed and updated the drivers. How do I do a PSU paper clip test?

Do also note that the PSU paperclip test will not help detect any issues with the PSU's ability to supply the appropriate power to the parts.

Then I don't think the test would be of any use to me as my GPU already has a light lid on it, which signifies that there's power supplied to it.

Nope. My computer used to be working fine. Would PSU spoil overtime?(time as in a couple of days)
By right, PSUs like the Seasonic that you have should last a decade, not a few days. Only firecracker/IED/bomb grade cheap PSUs would last that briefly.

Can try to RMA your PSU, Corbell will help you check if your PSU is faulty.
