Help: Conflicting input devices (mouse and KB)

Hi guys, I have recently got myself a ducky USB keyboard but it seems to be conflicting with the steelseries engine software I have installed for my sensei mouse

Whenever I reboot the computer, either the keyboard or mouse will not be working and I will have to disconnect and connect back the USB cables before they work. However, without the software, everything works fine. But I need steelseries engine to configure my mouse...

Anybody can help? Thanks!
