HELP!!!! Contacts cannot sync under itunes11

hello

any immediate help is really appreciated please.

my itunes is 11.1.3 version and i'm using iphone 5. when i sync, all my music and apps were sync to my rMBP but not my contacts! i do not have the "info" tab in my itunes. new phone is coming tomorrow and my contacts in my iphone cannot sync to my macbook.

i'm going crazy liao.

any help please?

You are likely on Mavericks. You are probably left with the use of iCloud, the way Apple intended, for now.
