dual monitor, both 1080p 24inch.
1 for gaming (dota2), 1 for browsing web , going to spoil soon.
i5-7500,
h110m pro vhl,
gtx 1060,
12gb ddr4 2133
when i play dota 2, i on the task manager on the 2nd monitor to see the CPU running at 70-90%, sometimes will open just youtube on google chrome on 2nd monitor,
zotac firestorm app shows gpu temp around 60-70 which is fine i guess ? but what about the cpu
is it normal for the cpu to run at so high ?

and also sometimes 2nd monitor unable to detect vga when start up, must take out the adapter then plug into motherboard , the screen will be back, then plug out and plug back into gpu.

Dota 2 is more CPU intensive, especially so at 1080p, so CPU usage looks totally fine to me. GPU temps are safe.

Not sure about 2nd monitor issue. Update drivers and try a different VGA cable, see if problem persists.

so it has nothing to do with 2nd monitor because i will continue to use it until it spoil & how do i check the cpu performance using 1 monitor while in gaming.
because once i alt tab , the % will drop to less than 10%.
worried that it will affect long term

MSI afterburner OSD, you will need tweak to configure the software to show if it doesn't.
