[Help] Custom CPU Build

[enmakun]

Hi there!

May i request a gaming custom CPU with monitor included that can provide high end gaming experience on LoL, dota 2, l4d, CSGO, COD, GTA etc etc?

Mainly on LoL and dota 2 ( max graphics ) average at COD is okay.

Budget 1.4k SGD.

If possible all of the items would be able to be purchased at a single shop which provides INVOICE.
Thank you in advance!
