Help! Deepcool rgb 200 Pro issue

Hi all

I have recently purchased a Deepcool rgb 200 pro led strip.

I have followed the instruction manual on the installation but i noticed that only a few of my leds are working.

Can someone kindly advise if the LED strip is faulty?
