Help: Desktop CPU cannot start

my desktop CPU just died on me - but I cant figure which is the faulty component. Pressing the "on" results in nothing happening.

Custom Built from Parts
CPU i3 Haswell
Cooler DeepCool IceEdge Mini FS
Motherboard Asus H81M-A LGA1150
Corsair CS450M Semi-Modular 80+ Gold

I opened the chassis and I can see there was a lighted bulb, when the mains are switched on - so I assume the power supply is working as it should.

I do not have a spare ATX12V power supply so I cant really verify if the power supply just died.

Can someone help/advise? I just want to get it working asap, instead of sending it for "costly" diagnostic services.

Most likely wire loose.
Start looking from the switch button.

If Pressing the On button nothing happen,

reconnect all the Mobo Chassis wires
Reseat Rams
Clear CMOS

ANd if you have an aftermarket cooler with a backplate which you just added on, reseat mobo

Either way you need a spare PSU and motherboard to test

No beeping error. Just silent.

If casing fans not turning when power on, it is likely power supply dead or something short-circuited.

Try jump start the PSU:
