My desktop has been giving me problems. Sometimes when I use my desktop halfway, it will auto kill off its power. It's like as if I off my power switch and on it again. When i start my desktop again, it gives me the "Start Windows Normally"

Is it my Cmos battery? Or my PSU got problem?

Nope CMOS battery drain will only reset your motherboard BIOS and thus Windows date and time settings on every reboot. Your case most likely is caused by either something wrong within power delivery system (as in can be PSU, extension plug if any, mains shorting) or CPU overheating (which i do experience similar to your case)

Any chance of how to determine is what problem? Will this cause damage to my HDD? As it always auto cut off, i scared will damage my HDD.

you mean it will auto restart? check your system startup and recovery settings. There is an option, that it will restart when encounter system errors.. perhaps that was turned on?
