HELP! Desktop not working after cleaning

Everything is running just that my monitor not showing anything.
Suddenly it will stop and power up again

how did you clean it? Does it boot? check cable connections/reseat rams

Only took out rams and gpu. Tried reseat my rams, not sure whether is it supposed to be loose

That's why I prefer 1x Ram over 2x Ram.
Ram detection very problematic.
