Help: My monitors cannot detect the displayport outputs from my graphics card.
I have a Gigabyte HD 7850 graphics card (1 DVI, 1 HDMI & 2 mini-DP), using the latest AMD catalyst software.
I bought 4 Dell u2312hm monitors (each has vga, dvi & DP).
The DVI & HDMI (using a hdmi to DVI cable) outputs work, but NOT the 2 mini-DP to DP outputs.
I have set the input source on the 2 monitors from auto to displayport but they still don't work.
I have also tried restarting the computer with only the displayport monitors plugged in, still cannot detect the displays.
Additional info: I don't think it is a cable problem as I got my 2 mini-DP to DP cables from different suppliers. Unless both are faulty?
Any advice on how to get my displays detected?
