[Help] Does NETS require to connect bank account?

Trying to make payment on SAM machine, which require NETS. I don't have bank account. Any help appreciated thanks

If you have credit cards, maybe you can try AXS. Only certain credit cards accepted. You can check at axs.com.sg

No bank account... haven't met someone who is unbanked in Singapore yet...

Anyway I think topping up a nets flashpay card works

NETS is linked to bank account.
What type of payment you pay for? Maybe can try AXS using credit card.
