[HELP] Entry level gaming pc build

I have never built a pc in my life and i’m sick and tired of paying for shitty computers that don’t last/perform. BUT I NEED YOUR HELP GUYS. Sooo after doing some preliminary research, I came up with a build (I need advice on whether it would work well/can it be cheaper by substituting parts/good cases/psu):
Mobo - Asus Strix H270F gaming
Cpu - Intel kabylake I5 7600
Gpu - Asus ROG Strix GTX 6GB 1060 OC
Ram - 16gb (2x8gb) Kingston hyper X fury
SSD - Sumsung evo 850 250gb
HDD - WD blue 7200rpm 1TB
PSU - corsair CX 500W ATX (can also be other brands at 460W also can, whichever is cheaper)
Case - ATX case (Not sure what’s cheap, suitable and good, please help T.T)

Games I play: BF4, CSGO, Overwatch, Dota2, Indie, anything new and interesting, Barbie etc.

Requirements: Needs to run smoothly for the next couple of years with stable 1080p+ 60fps
at really high quality settings

Budget: $1,400-$1,900 SGD but I would prefer not too expensive.

You may want to bump up your 1060 into a 1070

i'm using a 1060 right now and although a 1060 will be able to handle almost everything at FHD, you will be pressed for Ultra quality in a year's time..

Pls replace i5 7600 and h270 board with i5 8400 and the cheapest z370 board, up your gtx 1060 to gtx 1070 and u are set.

Strangely enough, currently the pc I have with the best specs is a lenovo Y50-70 laptop I got from school some years ago:
GTX860M 4GB
Intel I7 4700HQ(If i’m not wrong)
8GB SSHD
8gb ram I think?
It does the job for most games at the lowest settings.

Thanks for the advice! Could you advise what type of monitor I should get for gtx1060 and gtx1070 (Haven’t done my research on monitors)

You may want to bump up your 1060 into a 1070

Silly you. Coffee lake CPUs are replacing Kaby Lake CPUs at much lower tier CPU prices. i.e. Core i3-8100 = Core i5-7500 at Core i3 price.

The cost for those stuff i checked against Lazada, Amazon and SLS. It sums up to be about SGD1.2k?

Yah. Just stay away from the ASUS TUF line. And if you are building by yourself the first time without any assistance, maybe stay away from the non ATX form factor motherboards bah...
