[Help] Error code 43 when transferring files from mac to external hdd

anyone came across the below error and managed to resolve? I had no issues previously until recently when trying to transfer files. Tried to google for answer but could not find any remedy. Appreciate if bros here can help, thanks in advance."The operation can’t be completed because one or more required items can’t be found."(Error code -43)
