Recently i bought a samsung galaxy note 4 from a singtel retailer at sengkang, after a few months i realised that my phones performance is much worse than other note 4's so i went online to research and found out my phone uses a Snapdragon S4 Pro instead of a Snapdragon 805 processor.

Can anyone please give me suggestions on what am i supposed to do? Im really bad at things like this and i need help.

It also uses a ARMv7 processor rev1 (v71) but idk what is that.

you can only get proper advice from the service centre. its best to visit them first.

How much did you pay for it?
Renfred89 is right, go to service center to get some advice before returning to shop. Let them know the result and tell them you reserve your right to log a case with police.
If you took the set with teleco contract, copy your case to your teleco company.

Bring your phone to where you bought it. Then seek advise what to do. They can offer what is best for you.

Wow, s4 pro exist in the 2012~2013 era. There is something very wrong with this note 4 you're using. Head down to service center as they probably have more knowledge than the telco itself.

I will like to know how did you found out your phone is using a SD S4 Pro processor?
What apps did you used to detect the processor? Did you try other apps?

My first move if I was you is to go back to this singtel retailer at sengkang and confront them if the processor detection process is correct.

sounds fishy, probably someone in Samsung production team swapped a genuine note 4 for a clone note 4 and pocketed it.

apart from reporting it locally, since you have the receipt of recontract why not just blow it up and report it to samsung and other news media.

I got a strange feeling it is the so called singtel retailer at sengkang that is selling fake Note 4.

download Phone Info to check your internals.

check the box - does it write N910G? that's local set model for Note 4. also check everything la. lol

http://www.imei.info/news/2013-09/54437-samsung-warranty-check/

input your IMEI number inside to verify authentcity.

but honestly, if your chip set is S4 Pro.. most likely is a clone la. Note 4 either comes in Exynos octa core (N910C, N910U) or SnapDragon 805 quad core (N910F, N910G)
