[Help] Fan controller pin query

Hello guys, I have 3x 4pins cables from Corsair 380T, which I believe are used to control the front 140mm fanspeed.

However, I do not see a matching connector plug from the mobo or PSU.
Anyone using similar casing can advice where these plugs should be fitted to?

the 3 x 4pins is for u to plug in yr front and rear case fans connector,, not to the mobo or psu....which u can control the fan speed on the Front panel.....dont forget to connect up The fan controller molex power connector to yr PSU
