Help gaming rig

Hi, this is my first time building rig. The spec below is taken from aftershock I just select all things from the list I have no idea what needs and what not.

Any similar rig I can build with Budget $2000-$2200?
As for the casing I would like to get blue themed if possible. Any help would be appreciated, thank you. :)

It would be better to build it yourself. There are alot of ppl here that can help you if you look around the threads. Build it yourself and next time you can help others!!!!
