I'm having trouble setting up google 2 step verification on my iOS devices.
Specifically, when I try to set up "app specific passwords I get stuck when it's time to put the newly generated app specific pw into my iphone/ipad (ios8.4). Why? Because when I to go to the iphone>settings>mail/contacts/calendar to Gmail account info there is no line showing my password so I can't change it to the new pw. In all the examples I see it shows that account with name, email, Password********, Description. One would erase the current pw and input the new one.
On both my ipad and iphone there is now pw word to change.
Suggestions?
