can any pro please help to suggest a graphic card for my rig?

Sapphire HD7850 2GB OC
8GB Corsair Vengeance 1600mhz
Hitachi 2TB

HP 24X DVD-RW

budget within $300... can play games like battlefield 4, dota 2, gta, call of duty

You can get a Powercolor R9 270X PCS+ for $299, but you can only play Battlefield, GTA and COD smoothly at high. I suggest increasing budget to $400+ and get a Powercolor R9 280X TurboDuo for $418.

Do that .your hd7850 ggod enough to play all the games u listed in almost full settings anyways .

The new gtx 900 series coming out too.Not really the best time to upgrade now .

my gpu sot sot sia... sometimes can sometimes cannot... need to keep plug onto onboard gpu den my monitor can start

Did you check that the problem is not with the monitor? If the monitor is fine, try RMAing your GPU.
