HELP! GRAPHICS CARD OR PSU ISSUE

This is my setup

i7 4770
GTX 770 Leadtek
2 X 8gb 1600 mhz ram
Corsair 620W PSU
Kingston 240 GB SSD
WD Blue 1TB Storage Drive

Been having issues when playing games.
Tried playing COD Advanced Warfare on Steam and screen freezes within afew minutes
Same thing happened when playing Counter Strike. Not sure if problem is with Steam or hardware actually.
Played Fifa 15 and everything runs fine.
Not really sure what the issue is. Reformatted SSD, reinstalled games but problem still occurs

Ive swapped with diff graphics card but problem still persists.

happened to me last time

went back distro to test gfx card but no problem

last resort i used microfibre cloth clean the PCI-E slot on mobo and gfx

after that the problem never occur

can give it a try but not 100% sure fix solution

which is why I asked him test iGPU

it could have been faulty PCI-E slot/lane
