what error is this and what can I do to save my data?

Error Code: 00420004
Diagnostic Result: Maybe hard error on HDD.
Please contact customer support center with error code etc etc

Remove the HDD from the laptop and buy a 2.5" sata casing for it.
Then you can access your data like USB drive.
