Hi guys!

Not sure where to post this but I am in need of some PC repair. My gaming desktop died a while ago and was wondering if there is anyone specific to contact that does home repairs (reluctant to carry my huge desktop to shops).

I had my PC built by Fortran (Ivan), tried contacting him but he says he's currently not working now and is tending to his ill father.

Any recommendations on who to contact to help fix my rig?

thank you in advance! :s12::s12:

Maybe explain the problem symptoms here and get help for DIY repair.

Sorry I was not being clear earlier, but the issues I am having is that my rig can't seem to show any picture.

I went on a week long holiday and switched off my pc and everything, including the main power socket before I left, and when I came back it seems to be able to power on, fans, lights and everything working, however no picture on my monitor.

I have tried checking my monitor but there are no issues with that. Also tried using the MB graphics instead of my graphics card to no avail. When it's switched on I tried listening if there is a beep or some sort of sound coming from the MB but nothing as well.

Not sure if I may have not done something correctly, but those are the only things I've tried so far.

Thanks.

Thanks for the advice on removing the ram and testing it out one by one, tried that before but still no luck.

Have yet to try cleaning the golden parts of the gfx card and ram with an eraser yet will give it a go tonight and let you guys know if it's working

Which motherboard do you have?
It should have an onboard graphics card.
Take out your GFX card and plug your monitor in to the onboard graphics output.

Try booting up this way and see if you can see the boot up screen.

Remove the gpu. Leaving only ram, cpu and hdd/ssd. Insert cable to motherboard and try booting.
