Extraction is actually the cheapest. Root canal treatment + crowning are more atas way. If that still won't help, go for implant with bone grafting.

I swear by interdental brushes....
these little brushes saved my teeth and gums

before use interdental, dentist tell me "you need to do root canal"

after use interdental, dentist say "your teeth are perfect, keep it up"

but TS alrdy have toothache so if the tooth alrdy decay then no help alrdy

Sprinkle some fine salt on top of your toothpaste and use it to brush your teeth. It will be cleaner.
Avoid food with chili and peanut.
