Help :iMac 27" 2013

Considering this model.

Can I check:

If an iMac has 8Gb ram, in two slots, can I simply buy two Ram cards of 8gb each and slot it into the two remaining slots?

Or must I ensure that all the slots use the same Ram?

I have a big issue with my cart

I add this iMac to my cart but when I view the cart, it shows an older item that I had inside, and I can't get rid of it!

Worse yet, I tried to add again, and even called the CSO, and now I have five of the same iMac, but I can't remove them!

It only shows that old item was viewing - an iwatch, and I cannot remove it.
I tried clearing the cache, restarting my Mac, using Safari and Firefox, to no avail... any ideas?

Sorry bro, how does one do that?

I kind of manage to place an order with the aid of a CSO.

Essentially I placed an order for all Five items in my cart

Then that cleared the cart, and we then cancelled the order and re-did one for the right item.

However if I peeked into my cart, it still shows that recalcitrant iwatch item, and if I press remove, it says that the link is non available or something...

At least I managed to order the 27" iMac. Cheers

I have been using a top of the line super kick ass 27" iMac non-Retina, and actually it's a little underwhelming.. not a lot faster than my 5 year old 21" iMac..
I wonder if anyone has a Retina iMac?
Is it a lot better in PQ?
Then I switch to a lower spec Retina model instead...


BTW I was very impressed with the sound..
