Help in choosing between 2 phone :)

I need some opinion here in choosing between Xperia Z1 or Galaxy Note 3.

Currently a note 2 user. Been reading review from quite a few webpages but still cant make up my mind lol

can u do without the stylus pen? for me (Note 1 user), I can't. Sometimes go into meeting without writing materials, then boss suddenly task me to do things and I got to write them down on my Note. Even lunch meeting with external parties, sometimes they request this request that, and thus Note is my saviour. So my choice is always clear, Note.

for me I think I can. I seldom use the stylus on note 2 also. I don't know whether to make the change to use something new. lol

today I went to SONY and try the z1, wow the screen is impressive, but on the other hand suddenly I felt lost to android again. lol. some feature is different from Samsung. have to go another way to find the power management feature.. lol
