Help in choosing the appropiate mobo

I am down to either a i5-3570 or i5-4570. Would like to seek help on which mobo to pair up with. Requirements are as such:

- Cheap
- Basic stuff such as USB3.0 (Not in I/O panel)

Also, the 3rd gen is based on LGA1155, is the 4th gen based on LGA1150? Which mobo number do i have to look out for to support either 1155/1150?

Ivy bridge 1155 get z77 for oc. Else can get h77 or b75.

Haswell 1150 get z87 for oc. Else can get h87 or b85.

B series might lack a couple of usb or sata compared to H.

So, H series are the safer bet?
