Help in planning TW Itinerary

Hi all,

I am planning to travel to Taiwan with family (all adults) from July 26th to Aug 2nd. Arriving into Taipei on the evening of July 26th and leaving Aug 2nd morning. I figure it might be a bit too much to spend the whole trip just in Taipei but not sure where else I should go.

Was considering Kaosiung, Taichung or Hualien. But Kaosiung is probably a bit too far from Taipei if I were to stay there for 2 nights or so only? Are there more things to do/see in Taichung or Hualien?

Any suggestions will be highly appreciated! Thanks in advance

zoo / cks memorial hall / various night mkts / 9 fen / 10 fen / temples / wharves / hills

have to see what you wanna get outa your trip yes?

Think you can Google about others trip to Taiwan. Usually they will provide you details of how to get there, different attractions, accommodations etc!
