Help in retrieving forum account

Hello Admin/Mod,

May I know how to retrieve a forum account?

I have tried logging in but it gives an error - You have entered an invalid username or password. I am pretty sure I remember the username and password even though it has been very long since I have logged into that account.

Also tried the forgot password link and entered all my working emails, but that didn't seem to help either.



Appreciate any help please.

I have actually emailed to membership@hardwarezone.com.sg around 2 months back but was unsure if that was the right channel to seek help. I still haven't gotten any replies though.


Should I re-send the email?

Checked with Membership Support, your email was already replied 2 months back. Please check if it is in your junk folder.

Another reply was sent yesterday to your recent email. Please follow up via email with Membership Support. Thanks.
