Help! iPhone 13 infected with virus.

I am Japan, Toyama now. My iPhone 13 suddenly infected with virus. When touching the screen and buttons, it makes a lot of funny sounds. None of the feature works.
I tried drain off the battery and restart, still doesn’t solve.

How do you necessary conclude it is due to virus and not some hardware issue?

do you have a video / audio recording?

one other way is to do a restore.

The phone is completely unusable.
none of the features works.
Wherever I touch the screen, it just make very annoying sounds.
I took a video with another phone, but I don’t know to upload the video.

Upload on Dropbox or google drive or iCloud or OneDrive and share the link with public?

Visited IPhone service Center and they solved the problem free of charge.
Reason- My phone was previously connected to rental car audio system that caused the problem.

When a Japanese speaks English, I can only understand half of what they're saying, which is why I think the problem was caused by the rental car's audio system.

Interesting .. when u are so far away from the vehicle and no way to turn off the feature on the phone

If the voice control on your device is accidentally activated, particularly while driving in a foreign country with a language barrier, I am sharing a helpful link.
Being alone and without access to another GPS-enabled phone can be quite scary, so, be prepared for such a situation, just in case.
