Help: Iphone 5 Personal Hotspot issue

Hi guys,

when i switch on my iphone 5 personal hotspots, it will cut off after a few mins with the connection to others devices still intact. However, no more internet. Have to on and off personal hotspot again to work, but only for that few mins again. This is really annoying.

I had google and suggestion range from turning off bluetooth, hard reset, restore etc. seems like trial and error. good for some but not all.
i have yet to restore my iphone, just wanna listen to more suggestion in HWZ before doing so tonight, which i suspect might not solve the problem.

any bro out there encounter this problem? your input will be greatly appreciated.

I guess it the nature of the design. I believe when it disconnected is when you are not using the device, or the device is on sleep. Imagine if your ip5 keep hooking on the device for 5 hours, sure it will drain like hell.

My hauwei mifi only manage to power for 5hour with 4 device.

not true, i was connected to apple tv and mirroring youtube, and it got disconnected.
the process only a few mins, so i can safely say is not because of battery saving feature. if yes, it kicks in a bit too soon.


is a bug.

possible. ATV connected to the iphone hotspot, and you can mirror it.
if the connection stays stable
