HELP!!ipod touch 4g

help...i need help...
i downloaded an IOS update for my ipod touch 4g when i am charging it.and i left it untouch for 30 mins
when i come back..it wont startup anymore...

do anyone knows what happened?
how do I recover it?

Put it into recovery mode.

iOS: Unable to update or restore

Then do a restore.
