I'm running a PC for casual online gaming. Is my system a bottleneck? If so, what do you recommend I upgrade?

Graphics card: GTX 550 ti
Cpu: Intel Pentium G620 @ 2.60GHz
Ram: 4 gb

Lastly, does my hard drive and motherboard matter?

Alrightt thanks so much . The reason I asked though, is because for many games when I look at the recommended system requirements, I will meet the GPU requirements but not the CPU requirements.
Are these kind of information accurate? Sorry, i'm really a noob when it comes to tech stuff..
