As per above, was using my Samsung laptop halfway when the laptop experienced an error. A blue screen appeared which then disappeared after 1 second and the whole screen went black for very long time.

Tried shutting it down and on the laptop again, but now the laptop screen like freeze there and forever showing at the starting-up loading screen.

IT noob here, any experts here can advice?

Thanks!

Likely Harddisk issue.
Other possibility are RAM or motherboard (graphics card). :(
Which is your exact Samsung model?

Hi PC Dreams, went down to Samsung service centre, and was told it's a harddisk & motherboard issue.

Laptop is Samsung model NP-300E4a.
