Help Laptop graphic card!! :(

Hi all,

I am about to purchase a new laptop and is currently in need of some clarifications.

I saw a Asus laptop for sale with a Geforce GT 840M graphics card. From my knowledge, I know that Nvida Graphic card is graded by G, GT and GTX.

My question is, is the gaphic card GT or GTX. I also can't seem to find a GT 840M graphic on the geforce website, only Geforce 840M and GTX 840M.

Specs:

i7-4710U @ MAX 3.1GHZ
8GB DDR3
750GB SATA HDD
NVIDIA GEFORCE GT840M 2GB

Nvidia website with all the available grapic card:

Hi,840m is Gt,it replace Gt740m.
Gtx will from 850 above
