Hi.. Just like to ask, anyone here uses the Line app?

As to adding friends, if for example they provide you their Line ID, and you add them by one of the four methods, "Invite", "QR Code", "Shake it!" and "ID/Phone No.", if you add them by using the last method by keying in their ID, and some of them don't reply you when initiating conversation, means they seldom use the app or didn't receive your message or uninstalled or something?

Given the various chat apps, trying to better understand how one of this chat app works.

Any help from those Line users would be great. Thanks!

Hi this is my test result:

I contacted a friend who is not in my Line Friend's List.

My friend added me using my ID.
That is provided I have set the UserID first

My friend initiated the first chat attempt.
Chat has these options, Add, Block and Report.
I can see his message and I can reply to him even without adding him.

So my understanding is.
1) The person may not be a frequent Line App user.
2) The person probably choose not to reply to you. (The notification is quite obvious, unless the app is not in the homepage).
3)The person may have "accidentally" block you thus preventing future message.

Its best that you contact this person to find out more if you know the person.

"Trying to contact a girl?" :s13:

Hmm.. I see.. Just that, this app seems kind of strange among all of the chat applications available.

But not really, just one of my friends. Thanks for your kind attention and clarifying. :D
