[HELP]Long continous beep

Need a little help, not sure what's wrong.

Every time after entering any games for like 10minutes+, a continuous beep comes on. After like 5minutes of continuous beep, my cpu will auto restart.

Is it my gpu? It's an nvidia GTX 460 hawk twin frozr II, almost 2yrs old.

overheat? check your motherboard manufacturer on what does the beeps signifies.
