[Help] LTE - FDD M1 M2M

Hello guys,
I would like to know if M1 M2M supports LTE - FDD ?

My company received the Sim cards from M1 and unfortunately the sim cards doesn't receive signals from HuaWei routers bought from China, Xiao Mi tablet from China.
But personal mobile phones is able to receive Signals.
Could anyone which is an expert in this share experience and information about M1's Supported Modulation

You should check the router’s specification and see if m1 supports.

If you can’t use after a reset of router, likely the router is incompatible.

M1 is using LTE band 3 (1800MHz) and Band 7 (2600 MHz).
Check whether the devices support these frequencies or not?

From what i googled online the router specification is

ps. Router were bought from China 2nd hand

But the thing is i tried with Prepaid cards from M1 the $5 / $15 Prepaid card it was able to get signal and give out data for surfing the web.. Is it possible that it is the Sim Card's specification?

You should check the router’s specification and see if m1 supports.

Thank you for your response, yes i tried turning in on and off, resetting the router and it doesn't work probably the router is not supported.

Have you test the SIM card if it is working or not by putting in phone to check.

Prepaid cards are already activated once purchased/issued.

Yes, i tested the M2M sim cards on my mobile phone and tested it on router and xiao mi tablet from China, the M2M sim doesn't receive signals from M1..
I tried placing a prepaid M1 card into both china devices it is working also.

Thanks for your assistance everything, i called M1 about the M2M and they said that the M2M sim cards are provisioned for 3G service, supported radio frequency are 900MHz and 2100MHz. That is why the China tablet and Router isn't working... Guess i solved it with all of your help and will contact M1 to upgrade the plan.

Maybe you have to set the M1 APN in the router.

Ask m1 if the apn for these m2m sim plan is the same as normal domestic plan anot
