Just upgraded my rig, but still facing problems with BF4..

Specs:

Window 7 (64bit)
AMD X4 955 processor 3.20GHz
8gb Ram
AMD Gigabyte R9 270c 4gb
Intel 250gb SSD
1TB HD (100gb Available space)
15mbps Stinknet BB

19inch HP monitor with VGA input (Waiting to upgrade)

I tried all kind of settings, from Low to High. Smooth for the first 10-20mins, then start having weird flashes on the screen.. Even with low and almost everything off, it's still flashing on the screen. Once dead, in spectator mode, it become normal, once revive then it starts again..

Then occasionally, it will hang too..

Please help!

I've tried to check the temp during the game.

Don't look like overheating issue. I'll reseat my GPU to try.

I'm not sure why there's only 1 fan shown in the system.. Sorry ah, very new to all these

Total 2 fans, one came with casing, another Coolermaster fan that i add to the back. Just ordered 2 more fans from amazon, should i add them to the top?

My case is CM 431Plus

I tried. still suffering from the same thing..

Anyway i tried to reseat my GPU, then used FurMark to stress test my GPU for 30mins, it went up to 74 degree but no problems were seen. Then i loaded BF4 after doing what's taught in the Youtube, then played, after a while, there's flashes on the screen again.. I've took a video of a not so serious one.
