Have you tried other games? EA's BF4 is terribly bugged and broken, so much so that they got sued for it.

Yeah, i agree with that, but i tried Sleeping dogs, same thing happened..

Graphical artifacts means GPU failure. No other way around. If this persist for all other games as you claimed.
Don't make sense if you blame SSD? Mobo may be a second culprit but the GPU is more likely cause. Power supply failure does not cause this, in fact it will shut the whole system down or so.
At least ur problem isn't my kind of weird issue I facing in one of the more recent threads i posted for help.

your temperature is low, hence cooling is ok lar. think faulty graphic card....u got other graphic card to test?
