U don't need friends who scam each other. Break up with them

That PSU is shitty and cheap, yet they charge u so much. Cheaper to select parts and ask shop assemble

For the first one I got an estimate of 1415 with OS, 1791 for the second one

Quite a big price gap, not an optimal build either. Power supply is crappy too, at least should go for a Seasonic...

i5-6400 + MSI B150M Bazooka @419
1x8GB Kingston DDR4-2133 @84
WD Blue 1TB @77
Crucial BX100 @129
Zotac GTX970 @479
Seasonic M12-II 520W @95
Corsair 100R @89
Windows 8.1 Home 64 bit @135
Total 1507
This is if I follow your requirements and opt for a Skylake system, which means latest processor, and easier future upgrade since DDR4 memory is getting common

However, we can go for this as well
i5-4460 + Asrock H81M HDS @333
1x8GB Kingston DDR3-1600 @61
Crucial BX100 @129
WD Blue 1TB @72
Sapphire R9 Fury Tri-X @819
Seasonic M12-II 620W @115
Corsair 100R @89
Windows 8.1 Home 64 bit @135
Total 1758

While the processor is last gen it is pretty much still relevant today in gaming. With the current budget you can actually get a R9 Fury, which slots in between the GTX980 and GTX980Ti/Fury X in terms of power. May be a little overkill for 1080p but if you upgrade to a 1440p screen it will still rock most games

Thermaltake smart se quality not good? Whats the problem with it? I'm using one myself so i curious and all the online opinions are either: decent, like corsair CX quality, not good or mistake for smart and smart M so i really dunno who to believe:s11:
